GENERAL
- I have the right to reject any client, commission, or request for any reason.
- If you don't provide me with any proper details, I will work on the artwork with my own ideas and creativity or I might even decline your Commission.
- Estimated completion times are **not** deadlines. Estimated completion times are subject to change, as I have a chronic illness.
PAYMENTS
· You have the choice between 2 payment options:
o Deposit: The client pays 50% upfront. The second half MUST be paid before receiving the final product.
o 100% Payment upfront
· All work MUST be paid in full before receiving the final product.
· Depending on the request, additional fees may be required.

REVISIONS
· Revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase.
· I will provide you with WIPs throughout the process. if you wish.
· After the sketch phase, I will only change small details and colour corrections.
· Any major changes after delivering the final version of your Illustration will result in extra charges.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
· If I am required to finish a project within a short time frame, I ask a request to be made at least a week before the deadline. If it is any shorter, I will charge a rush charge.
· If the Client doesn't communicate or get in contact in me for at least 2 months from the date of payment, the commission will be considered cancelled and no refunds are allowed.
USE
· You cannot alter my work unless you ask permission beforehand.
· Commissions are to be used for personal use only by default (profile pics, banners, posting on social media etc.) for commercial use additional payments may apply.
· If you decide to post your commission online, I ask that proper credit is given. Preferably with my Instagram or website linked.
· It is prohibited to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
· As the artist, I can post the finished commissions as examples on my social media or on my portfolio.
· Clients are NOT allowed to redistribute, claim, copy, or edit the final product(s).
· Clients are NOT allowed to earn revenue from the illustration(s) in any way unless agreed upon with me.
· my artwork CANNOT be used in blockchains, non-fungible tokens, or for AI purposes.
commercial use: 50%+base price, this applies to any commission payed for by a company, and any designs/illustrations that are made to create merch and sell.
REFUNDS
· Refunds of any kind will not be obtainable once the finalized piece has been sent.
· Full refunds will only be provided if no work has been done, if the project is still in the early sketch phase, or if I fail to deliver by the guaranteed delivery date provided with the commission proposal.
